OC Home Care was founded by Cameron Yazdani, a ten-year veteran of the healthcare industry who spent the better part of a decade watching the same problem play out again and again: families with aging parents, loved ones recovering from illness, or family members living with disabilities being handed cookie-cutter care plans by agencies who didn't really know them — and didn't really seem to care to.
Cameron started OC Home Care with one mission in mind: to empower people to live better lives. Not just to be looked after. Not just to be kept safe. But to genuinely thrive — at home, surrounded by the people, places, and routines that make life meaningful. He believes that aging should be graceful, recovery should feel hopeful, and every person — regardless of age, ability, or diagnosis — deserves care that honors who they are.

Alongside experienced Home Care Aides, we employ Certified Nursing Assistants and Emergency Medical Technicians — bringing a level of professional training, hands-on training, and emergency readiness that most home care agencies simply cannot offer.
